How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account. You'll be asked to confirm, and all your data will be permanently and immediately removed.

How do I export my data?

Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Export My Data. You'll receive a JSON file with all your information including dog profiles, health records, activity logs, and preferences.

Is my dog's health data shared with anyone?

No. Your dog's health data (medications, vaccinations, vet info) is never shared with third parties. It is only visible to you and any household members you've invited.

How does SniffCast use my location?

We only use your location to fetch weather data from AccuWeather via a secure server-side proxy. We do not track your movements or share your location with any third party. You can remove your saved location at any time in Account Settings.

What does the walk score mean?

A 0–100 score calculated from temperature, humidity, UV index, wind speed, rain chance, and your dog's meal times. 70+ is Great, 45–69 is Good, below 40 is Fair or Not recommended.

Is SniffCast free?

SniffCast is currently free for all users. Every feature — medication tracking, vaccination records, weight history, vet expense tracking, invoice scanning, PDF vet card export, walk reminders, and household sharing — is available to everyone at no cost.

Will SniffCast always be free?

SniffCast is free for all users today. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we'll notify you in advance and your existing data will always remain safe and accessible.

Can multiple people manage the same dogs?

Yes — invite a partner or family member to your household using a unique invite code in Household Settings. Everyone shares the same dog profiles, activity logs, and health records in real time.
